Mini Lasagna Cups! Back to school meals. Let the kiddies show you how to make our version of Mini Lasagna Cups. This will taste so much like regular lasagna, but is a faster/ easier way that children can make it . This dish is easy to make and super delicious. The kids will love this dish. It’s the perfect way to get your children to help out when making dinner. This recipe is fun and easy to make.

Serves: 4 -6 (12 lasagna cups total)
INGREDIENTS ---- (All can be found in your local grocery)
(Mini Lasagna)
1 ½ cup Marinara sauce,
1 cup Ricotta cheese,
1 ½ cup Mozzarella cheese,
1 cup Parmesan cheese,
1 pack of Won ton wraps (total 24 wrappers)
2 tblsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ cup Ground beef/sausage or Meatballs (optional)
Cupcake/muffin Pan
Directions
Simply spray the cupcake pan with non stick cooking spray & place one won ton wrap in each cup. Next layer sauce, meat, & cheeses, then repeat. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings & bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes & remove from muffin pan. Depending on your appetite, figure 2-3 per child. You can serve with a side salad and bread to make a full meal.
