How To Make Miniature Bricks

In this video u can see preparation of material for filling molds.
There are several vays to prepare a material by using various components. U can actually use A LOT of different materials!!! My favourite component is a ceramic glue with some color added. To stay close to the original brick u can add caolin in powder...
Molds are filled with material and then shaked up and down to avoid air bubbles that can stay trapped under material. For 100% no bubbles u need a shaking robot lol like vibrating tool (table) but at home ... this is it... When filled, material needs to harden so that U can pull out bricks without damaging it... Time needed for hardening depend on what kind of material is used, for example if u use wall ties glue it's about 12 hours...

Yes they are : ), I use waterproof material that is commonly used to fill the gap between tiles in bathrooms and kitchens...

It is grout, for filling gaps between ceramic tiles... i believe that u can find it in any floor and wall tiles in your town :)

no, por el cemento hace una reaccion quimica que no se puede repetir con el mismo ladrillo, tendrias que usar cemento nievo en polvo. saludos

Puedes probar metiendo el polvo en un horno de laboratorio por 24 horas para extraer la humedad.

Material is same that is used in kitchens and bathrooms for filling the gaps between tiles. My english is not so well so i will call it fine mortar or tile glue, its construction material and it can be bought in various colours...

good question, brown stuff is the mixture that i use for making bricks, caolin is the base, cement (ceramic glue) and coloured with pigment, but a lot of stuff can be used, for example plaster that is used to cover facade on buildings(it cames in several varietes of colors and is easy to work with)...

dice que es pegamento de cerámicos y que si queres atenerte a lo clásico que le pongas un poco de caolin en polvo a la mezcla, de los moldes no dijo nada pero calculo que se pueden fabricar con dos planchuelas de goma, a una se le hacen las perforaciones y se puede pegar sobre otra plancha lisa
