Our family lives a self-sufficient rural life with animals on Sado Island in Japan. In this video, we will show you how to make rice cakes using a mortar and pestle and take care of animals. We deliver videos every other week, so I hope you will continue to enjoy our self-sufficient country life.

素晴らしい動画をありがとうございます。生き生きとした動物や子供たち、畑の美しい野菜たちの姿に魅入ってしまいます。他の生き物に対する暴力を少しでも減らせたらと私も自分なりに自然農をしていますが、まだまだできることは沢山あるのだなとこちらの動画から学ばせていただいています。「私は」とか「私の」といった感覚から解放されて、他の生き物の幸せも思いやれることがいかに自身の精神を清浄に保ってくれるのかが伝わってきます。そしてなにより、そういった思いのこもったお餅は美味しそう！応援しています。

美しい動画と音楽をありがとうございます。ももえちゃん無事可愛い子牛を出産されて良かったですね。😊🎉 玄米のお餅も美味しそうです。お餅つきは、餅米や臼の下準備から、その後の過程、処理までかなりの労力、体力を使います。どうぞ腰にはお気をつけください。でもつきたてのお餅は美味しですよね。そして子供の頃、良く燃える杉っ葉拾いや薪割りを手伝いました。動物達と火のある暮らしに戻りたいです。

ご主人の力強く腰を沈める餅つきを見て昔、餅をつく父を見て幼心にもかっこいいなぁと感じた事を思い出しました。久しぶりに私の中のこれぞ餅つきに出会えて嬉しかったです。また手作り味噌の入った具沢山の味噌汁は画面なのに湯気と共に味噌の香りがしました。😊本当に美味しそうです！
