I agree with you on the difficulty of using foil paper. You can find them( loaf pans) at any bakery store or in grocery stores in the bakery aisle.

Wasn't too sure how she put them in the pot before steaming/cooking as i could see a lot of foils in there, not sure if that was from the pan cover or pieces of foils to avoid it getting burnt.. Pls elaborate cos i tend to burn mine when cooking it. And also how much water is needed for that 45mins thanks

When you say plate, do you mean the molds or serving plate? Both can be found at your local grocery stores or specialty stores like Bed, Bath &Beyond. Thanks for watching!

Do you know you don't necessarily have to peel/deskin the beans? Yeah! And the moin moin comes out exactly the same way! this is the new naija cooking people.
