I personally like voice note. Someone posted this in a large group and people surprised me. Some hated the voice notes and said they would never open them. There were tons of reasons but one was I work when my baby is asleep and another was I never listen to sound on IG. I decided it would be best to ask my growing audience! Thanks for the video!

Type of message? Depends on what kind of customer we are DMing, If shez a regular or a reference, if the customer seems relaxed and comfortable for a video call. Images or Videos of a product are a must I feel.

I love voice notes for sure. ;) As a singer, I have been told my voice is my gift ... so I intend to use it. ;) Especially since when you do, you are opening the door for them to voice back which draws a more close connection and builds the relationship more authentically.

That actually depends on who I'm in a chat with. I do send more and more voice notes these days to be honest. And what I really love to do: after I've had a meeting or phone call with a (potential) client, I send a short video to review our meeting or call. :-)

I think this info is only useful if you're already on Instagram and you already have 10,000 contacts. For newbies, this isn't particularly useful. I'll go check your other videos and find the right one for me. I did subscribe.

But you get blocked by instagram if you use dms as a marketing tool or by selling your products/service through dms. They will identify it as spam.

hi! I do this with my business ( storeco0), just ask the customer for their PayPal email and send a PayPal money request to them. They can accept it, pay you and then you can ship your item to them!
