These beauties are one of my favourite new recipes from my new book Jane’s Patisserie Easy Favourites which is out 1st August (which you can pre-order here… smarturl.it/JPEasyFavourites) 💛🍋
■ 125 g unsalted butter
■ 100 g light brown sugar
■ 75 g white granulated sugar
■ 1 egg
■ zest of 2 lemons
■ 300 g plain flour
■ 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
■ 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
■ 1/2 tsp sea salt
■ 300 g white chocolate
■ 50 g of crushed meringue
