I have never eaten nkwobi before but looks yummy and would be nice to pair it with a cold Malta drink 😋 I should try this someday. Well done sisi yemmie.

The water you drained off the cow legs , don't throw it away, drink it , thats very good natural collagen, good for skin elasticity , hair nails and healthy joint care .

Well said, that cow leg water it got marrow. Bone marrow comes from cow leg and it's very good for the body.

This reminds of the day we tryd making isiewu at home lol! We were confused on how to use the potash with the red oil, learnt alot from this video...I still prefer isiewu though, enough obstacles lol!

No. It's an off fire food. The only thing you cook is the cow leg or goat leg

If I’m not mistaken sisi Yemi didn’t use any heat at all when mixing the ingredients 😯 correct me if I’m wrong. Never tried making it like this before. Will definitely try it 😊😊

The heat comes from the cowleg. So it must still be very hot by the time you throw it into the palm oil mixture.

My grand father used to eat those and now nobody eats them they're thrown to the dogs ,I don't eat meat coz of allergies but I know it's good coz of that mallow my grandfather used to say it will do your knees good 🤔🤔😄😄😄
