In this video, I will show you how to make this finger-licking good okazi soup. This recipe is so easy to make,
INGREDIENTS FOR UKAZI SOUP
Achi #200 (soup thickener)
1 medium-sized onion
2 Maggi cube
1 knorr cube
Salt
Ukazi/okazi leaf
Uziza leaf
Stockfish
Dry catfish
Yellow&red pepper
Palm oil
Dry shrimp
Crayfish
Cow beef
Cow skin(kpomo)
FOR AKPURUAKPU EGUSI (melon)
4cups of egusi/blended dry melon seed
Osu #400
Salt
Dry pepper
1 Onion
Warm water
