1. okazi leaf(african wild spinach or Gnetum africanum)
2. ofor( Detarium microcarpoum) soup thickner.
3. stockfish head
4. dry fish (fish)
5. cow foot and cow head
6. yellow chilli pepper
7. palm oil. (red oil)
8. salt.
9. crayfish (dry prawns)
10. egusi( blended dry melon seed)
11. seasoning.
FOR AKPURUAKPA MGBAM(molded egusi).

Awww,thanks dear friend.òsù is a type of mushroom that grows on decaying palm tree that chopped down. I don't really know if there's another name for it but if found, i will let you know dear friend. I hope you visit again
