La Mar is the brainchild of Peruvian culinary godfather Gastón Acurio and is considered one of the best cevicherias in the World. It brings the best from Peru’s Pacific waters to the table daily. The pioneering cevicheria is regularly featured on Latin America’s 50 Best list. La Mar is only open for Lunchtime each day to ensure only the freshest produce is served. Absolutely one of the best!!! The lines are ridiculous, it’s always so busy but service and standard of food never changes. That’s an accomplishment in itself 🙌🏼

[8:57] Por fin veo la presentaciòn tradicional, tal como ha sido siempre el ceviche. No con canchita como feamente ahora tienen la costumbre de presentarlo. Antes no se daban granos de choclo, sino un pedacito, que hace al mismo tiempo con decoraciòn.Veo que Gstòn ha abandonado la canchita, pues acos umbraba colocarlo. La canchta simplemente por sabor no tiene nada que ver con el Ceviche, destruye el ceviche. Ojo, escribo 'ceviche' no 'cebiche', otra pendejada que se pretendiò imponer.. Cante victoria antes de tiempo, porque al final le zamparon la canchita. [9:10]

Crítica constructiva. Hablas Inglés y pones subtitulos o hablas español y pones subtitulos en inglés. Porque deberías practicar más en la pronunciación del idioma inglés. Saludos.
