Bro the first step in assemblig or repairing any electronics components is that one should not have any metals in finger to avoid short circuit or electric shock. Or wear a rubber gloves to avoid the same.

you can use both HDD's and you should use one of HDD as master and another is Slave by connecting jumper

How many fails in this video. First fail: Turn the power supply upside down its can kill the power supply. Second fail : used poor quality dry paste for proccess. ESD protection is almost nothing. And a rams and cpu the first install not at pc case u can break the motherboard.

You know why?Put first PSU, HDD or ODD and the last is Motherboard included CPU & RAM. Before you put the motherboard inside the case just testing first the motherboard outside the case to make sure that board is working and then put inside case mount the six screws. That's you final assemble So messy assemble.

my original build from 2011 psu :delux dual-core 500 watt mb: asrock g31m-s r2.0 cpu: intel core 2 duo e8400 ram 3gb ddr2-667 i overclock'd to ddr-800 ,bootdrive: an reused wd caviar 160 gb from 2007 (but i replaced with ssd adata su650 120gb due it dying and even has 8 bad sectors) ,1 lg ide optical drive, 1 wd 500gb enteprise drive,was very expensive drive and an 500 gb samsung spinpoint drive,and an very old case still in the working condition and i did maintenance to dust off everything,only i put an ssd that i said eaier(sorry for worse english) and i use as daily pc)
