This is a very helpful video. Makes sense to see all the parts we know about conceptually. I haven't owned a desktop in a while and I guess the inside of a laptop may be more tightly packed. I had a laptop go slow and 'die' after a few years. Maybe it needs changing that tiny battery. I had no idea that a RAM / Memory Card was actually made up of 8 or so chips of flash memory in series, or that it was as easy to change Hard Drives or Optical Drives. A big thank you to Aaron for making this excellent video tour of the inside of a computer.

I watch computer videos usually for educational purposes but this is better then pulling apart my whole pc and googling all the parts 😂

Great video especially for beginners. However, you may want to mention that one should discharge themselves of static electricity or better yet, wearing a wrist strap connected to the ground hole in an outlet or a pad that you stand on.

It really worked for me after I look and try some tutorials, yours is the one that worked. Owe you a lot.

Can I ask if I have components on the inside of say it's like an air purifier and I need to change a couple of those little pieces like they look like I assume their batteries for the inside or whatever they make it work is there any way I could take it out of something else and put it into something else can I use those little bitty parts and swap them out of one machine to another so long as they work I mean like if it doesn't work obviously I can't but if it does work is there a possibility that I can a if I you know rather than buying new pieces for a part that I need to replace like let's say one of them gets Rusty is there anyway I can just take a fuse from one thing and put it into another to make it real you know come back on
