You can try hot glue, but you must be careful with connecting the cables. And you must apply the hot glue as fast as you can before one of the cables slips.

This IC regulates the charging process, and a short circuit disrupts the intended flow of electricity, potentially frying the chip. * **Fire Hazard:** In extreme cases, the short circuit could cause overheating, leading to a fire risk. This is especially true if the charger is of poor quality or has faulty components. * **Unpredictable Behavior:** Even if the charger doesn't get fried immediately, the short circuit can cause erratic behavior. You might experience issues like inconsistent charging, overheating, or even complete failure of the charger. **Important Note:** There's no benefit to shorting these pins. OTG (On-The-Go) functionality, which allows a device to act as a host, doesn't involve shorting anything. It's achieved through a dedicated OTG cable with the proper internal wiring.
