1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to Taste

3-4 Tbsp Oil
For Sabji:
3-4 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
2 Cinnamon Stick
4-5 Cardamom (Elaichi)
5-6 Cloves
Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
