Ingredients:
FOR GRAVY-
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 200 gm Tomato (roughly chopped)
- 100 gm cashew
- 1 piece of ginger
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 3 whole green chillies
- Coriander stems
- 2 green cardamom (elaichi)
- 2 cloves
- 100 gm onion (roughly chopped)
- 4 to 5 whole black pepper
- 1 small piece Mace
- Water as required
FOR GRAVY TADKA -
- 50 gm butter
- 50 gm oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger julienne
- 1 Green chilli slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Ready base gravy
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 2 tbsp khoya
- 30 ml cream
- 20 gm butter
- Orange red colour
FOR PANEER MARINATION-
- 200 gm paneer
- 50 gm hung curd
- 1 tsp roasted besan
- 1 tbsp cashew powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp black salt
- Salt as per taste
- Orange red colour
