Paneer is one of the most popular dishes among vegetarians and also an important source of protein. People normally buy it from dairy which is quite expensive but it can be made at home with in few minutes. Paneer made at home is fresh and and way cheaper to make.
While other members in the family gatherings enjoy eating the non vegetarian dishes, vegetarian people can make delicious dishes from Home Made Paneer. It is very simple to make.

Ingredients: 2 liter full cream milk
2 table spoon lemon juice or vinegar
a piece of clean cotton clothes
It gives 400 gm Paneer
