Puran Poli Ingredients
Puranpoli Stuffing-
2 1/2 cups chana dal (gram lentils)
2 1/2 cups jaggery
1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg (Jaiphal) powder
Puran Poli cover-
2 cups of Maida (all-purpose flour)
1 cup Chapati flour (whole wheat)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric) powder
1 cup water or as needed
2 Tbsp oil Desi ghee (clarified butter)
