Welcome to our channel! In this video, we'll show you how to make perfect salmon with crab stuffing. This gourmet recipe is surprisingly easy to prepare and will impress your family and friends.
CRAB STUFFING INGREDIENTS:
~ 1lb lump crab meat
~ 1 beaten egg
~ 1/4 cup mayonnaise
~ Couple splashes of your favorite hot sauce
~ 1/4 cup crushed ritz crackers
~ 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
~ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
~ 1/4 cup chopped scallions
~ 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
~ Salt and pepper to taste
SALMON INGREDIENTS:
~ 4 to 5 salmon fillets (5 to 6 oz each)
~ our favorite all-purpose seasoning (I use Killer Hogs BBQ rub) and lemon pepper
SPINACH AND TOMATO CREAM SAUCE SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
~ 1 cup white wine
~ One cup heavy Cream
~ Two handfuls of baby spinach
~ About 10 grape tomatoes
~ 7 6 cloves of garlic minced
~ 1/2 and onion diced
~ Salt n pepper to taste
~ 2 tbsp cold butter
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the Crab Stuffing: Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, worcestershire sauce, one egg, chopped scallions, yellow mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Make a pocket in each salmon fillet then season the salmon on both sides and then sear the salmon fillets in olive oil on both sides and then as seen in the video. Top with the crabmeat stuffing. Sprinkle smoked paprika over the crabmeat stuffing and then place in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Then place under broiler until a a crust is developed on the stuffing. For the sauce add to the same pan you cooked the salmon in your onions, garlic and tomatoes. Blister the tomatoes and then deglaze you're pan with the white wine. Reduce wine by half and then add your heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Now stir in your spinach and let wilt into the sauce. Once the consistency in like alfredo rapidly stir in your cold butter and season to taste with salt n pepper.
This salmon recipe is perfect for a special dinner or a weeknight treat. The crab stuffing adds a rich, savory flavor that pairs beautifully with the tender salmon. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, you'll find this recipe easy to follow and incredibly rewarding.
