Today's baking is "Genoise" that is used as cake sheet.
Let me tell you how to make moist and smooth genoise without air bubbles~
It's important to whisk the batter moderately because if you mixed too much, the volume would be decreased and the genoise would be low. In contrast, if you didn't mix too less, the genoise would not be dense.
