For the more defined flakes I did lightly sketch them in 😊. I’m glad you like the video ❤️🥰 happy painting

Thank you no masking fluid every other video used it and I don’t have it and feel like most beginner artists don’t

No problem and you can always use the white paint in replacement of the masking fluid, for example once the painting is done and people take off the masking fluid to get the paper white back that is when you can use your white paint and just paint in the white snowflakes. Happy Painting!!

Don't worry about not having masking fluid. I have tried multiple brands and multiple ways to apply it, and it's always a disaster. I thought it was me. But I've learned that many artists have had the same bad experiences.

The only masking fluid I like is Pebeo Art Gum.

I have actually put a wet watercolor into the freezer. It will form crystals that remain after it defrosts. Leave it in for a day or two to dehydrate. Otherwise the crystal patterns will be lost when it thaws.
