Just finished serving a dinner of Rajma Masala and Jeera Rice with Grilled croaker fish seasoned with a mix of Curry Powder, and Garam masala and salt (i've been experimenting with that spice mix for a while now, it work) . Hey Bumbi , this is my favourite comfort food. But when I make rajma masala I always add paneer cubes ( earlier I used to add it because my kids n husband love paneer) , but believe me adding paneer to rajma takes it to the next level. Just discovered (and subscribed) to this channel. I love the way you show the steps and explain everything as you go. Will be making this for sure. I grew up in Southeast Texas where beans and rice are a staple. They will sometimes be the entire meal along with some cornbread. Very nice video.

Hey bumbi love the technique of adding coriander stalks early and leaves later. I do this with my latin american style beans, the stalks have great flavour too and i like how hardy the coriander is, tastes good cooked or fresh.
