This is my version of the Pernil or pork shoulder
Ingredient
1 11 pound pernil
bowl
3/4 oil
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon Oregano
Salt tio taste
garlic to taste
black pepper to taste
baking pan
Aluminium foil
4 horas covered 350 F
2 hours uncovered 350 F
