Has nobody noticed scale problems? I really appreciate your effort. But a seagull would have to be much, much smaller compared to the shark (even if it's not a megalodon) and the whale. It's about as big as the latter, if not larger. Even prehistoric birds didn't attain such sizes. ;) In fact, it seems that nature herself puts a cap on bird sizes (at least excluding flightless birds, the moa was really big): if they grew considerably larger than the largest birds ever, they would also need a more robust build (the square-cube rule) - and that would impact their ability to fly.
