I'm 55 and when I was in my twenties learning to cook the older generation since we did not have KZfaq led me to believe that cooking was difficult and it takes years and years and years of practice. I have learned over the years that it's not as difficult as the older generation used to make it sound. It takes patience and some practice but it's not as difficult as the older generation made it out to be when I was in my twenties. I'm glad you're able to teach the younger generation who wants to learn to cook that it's not as difficult as some people might make it out to be. New recipes new ideas I'm all about learning new things. You're awesome Gina you rock.

That's what I like. Yummy delicious recipes that are easy. I can cook but cooking should be easy. Not a chore. No one taught me so when I started learning in my 20's I thought it was hard to cook. No one showed me or explained that cooking isn't always hard or a chore. I now love to cook. I'm not a chief but can cook fairly decent. Love new recipes and ideas. You sure do explain every thing very carefully. Those who are just learning well know it's not as hard as some people might make it ought to be. Thanks and blessings to you. I have made many no bake cheese cake but one time I did it by hand so I did not wake my other. If I'd used my stand mixer it would have turned out better. But it did not set very good and I was disappointed. I normally use my KitchenAid but to avoid waking somebody up I did not. Thanks for all your videos you are awesome. Hi Gina just saw your Jell0 salad recipe. I love this dessert. I always use the recipe on the jello box for "quick set" and it works out perfectly. It is jellied enough to spread and stay perfectly on top. Thanks for reminding me of this very tasty, easy dessert. Love you and God bless.

This is also good with Blueberries...I use 2 pints washed Blueberries, with 2 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, 2 tsp. lemon juice, cooked for about 3 minutes on medium heat, until some of the blueberries start to pop, and thickened with about 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, (I use the corn starch because I'm not using jello). Everything else is the same. Delicious. I'm sure peaches could be done the same way.

This pretzel jello salad is so good. You can substitute sugar with the sweet n low or whatever artificial sweetener you use and you can use the box dream whip in place of the cool whip. I did that once because I had people come to a party that we're diabetic and I wanted something they could have also
