How to make relay module || by es tech knowledge

This video is to show you how you can make a relay module by using a 12v relay. This will cost less than 50Rs. But this way you have to put 9-12v to activate the relay.
⚙️All you needs are -
1. 12v relay
2. BC547/BC548 transistor
3. PCB
4. Connectors

Yes you can. Attach the live wire on the common(C) & Normally closed(NC) pins. Power the arduino & the relay separately.

Can i use 5 volt relay here? Because working is same on both relays and i can manage backup system of 5v if electricity goes i can handle it for several hourse

Is it necessary to connect 2k ohm resistor , or can I use another resistors, .... Can anyone tell why we use resistor!!!! Please reply

You can just connect any 1-20K resistor for good results. BC547 can work in very low signal so we are using a resistor.

If you are using transistor to power the relay, then you don't need diod.

@@estechknowledge you don't need it, but is's better to secure your circuit, because a relay has " inductivity " ?! It can become high Peaks when you turn it on or of and destroy your circuit.
