Ingredients:
1 crown of broccoli
1 yellow Squash, halved & Sliced
1 zucchini, halved & sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
12 oz of Pasta
2- 3 tbs avocado oil
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups of vegetable stock
1 tbs minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
Sea salt
Black pepper
Juice from half a lemon
*Roast vegetables at 450F for 20 mins, mixing half way
