I mix Panko into the batter of egg, red pepper, onion, garlic, salt & pepper. Mixing in the drained salmon last. Then fry up the patties. Light & delicious.

Grits are awesome. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Being from the South grits are a staple. Shrimp & grits is another great dish. Love the salmon as well.

I dice my peppers up small and the onions. I have heard of the mashed potatoes instead of flour and cornmeal. I also pick out the dark black skin out of the salmon in the cans. Those look delicious 😋👍💯
