Creamy Shrimp Alfredo with Spinach and Bacon
Ingredients:
* 4 Cloves of Garlic
* 1 pound Shrimp
* 3 Cups spinach
* 1/2 Onion
* 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning. (can be substituted with salt a pepper)
* 2 Cups heavy cream
* 8 ounces cooked Fettuccini
* 5 Slices bacon cooked chopped (you can do as many as 8 slices)
* 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
* 1/2 cup fresh parsley (substitute dry if needed)
* 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat in a heavy pan. Add garlic and Shrimp. Stir until the Shrimp are gold brown (about 5-6 minutes)
2. Remove Shrimp and set aside
3. Add Spinach, onion, and seasoning. Stir until the spinach wilts down and the onion is translucent.
4. Add Cream, Bring to a boil and add cooked fettuccini, mix thoroughly
5. Add cooked Shrimp, Chopped bacon, Parmesan Cheese, and Parsley
6. Fold the ingredients into the existing mixture until complete integrated.
