In Vietnam, they sell delicious, soft, aromatic tofu on every corner. It is nothing like the tofu sold in our supermarkets - a hard, tasteless pulp.
In the video, Linh will show you how they make tofu in her home village. I guarantee you, that you have never eaten a better, softer and more aromatic tofu :)
Ingredients:
1 lime
1 teaspoon of sea salt
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
500 g of soybeans

Square gauze 80-100 cm
Smaller gauze 50x30 cm
