The Lady is one of the best cook in youtube. She always explains why she is doing what she is doing which helps in getting the delicious end result. I can see lots of comment wants her not to speak too much, but the speaking is merely the explaination which you won't find by other cook. Appreciate the explanation!

Shouldn't tie the cloth so tight. Also you don't need to put a knot, just wrap around a muslin cloth loosely. And if you want more generous amounts of sprouts then leave them for 2-3 days but each day wash them and put them back in the cloth. I love well sprouted sprouts unlike how it's shown here which have barely sprouted.

Eureka moment at 3:42. To simplify. 1) Soak moong beans for 4-6 hours. 2) Empty soaked beans into a muslim cloth, tie and leave in a warm and dark place. 3) After 10- 12 hours... Voils sprouted beans.

Mung sprouts which we call MOTH in Hindi in my town Nagpur, is one of the HEALTHIEST food a human can consume. Trust me guys its super duper tuper food and so yummy, so yummy that it's actually addictive! No superfood is as yummy as this. In Nagpur we strir fry it with green chilly peices ( for that kick) salt and cilantro ( fesh dhania). Yoiu can also add a pices of freshly cut cucumber and tiny peces of tomatoes as well. You can also squeeze some lemon juice on top. Trust me fellas, it is amazing recipe. Goes very well with breakfast items like bhurji ( scrambled eggs) and toast or if youre a vegetarian then its exceedingly tasty with aloo poha or parathas. whwtevr you eat for breakfast dont forget to add this beauty. you will be adding health and years to your life! .....................Raj Sahu.....
