I recommend mixing the pigments with the oils first to reduce and pigment lumps when it's being mixed with the gloss base

For the pouring part you could make your lip gloss in a mesuring cup because you pour the content easier

Is that a pigment formulated for the mouth or ingestion? You can't just use any pigment for your lip gloss
