I thought am the only one who waits till the oil floats in my stews to know that it is ready, I love the step-by-step anyone can understand it so well, I love goat meat biriyani, or rojo as my son calls it. those colors are s enticing and make the rice look so good I bet picky eaters can't resist such a meal.
