This is my favorite kick in the mouth sauce. Thai Green Chili sauce. This sauce is not just for dip, you can use this sauce cooking too.
I have used this sauce for chicken wings marinate, fry seafood, Steam fish, crabs, squid.
Here's another secret use, Instant noodle. Super love this sauce with chicken maggi mee. Pour a big spoonful into chicken maggi sauce, SUPER shiok.
These ingredients make about 1 litre of super thai green chili sauce.
Red small chilli. 50 grams
Green small chilli 40 grams
Coriander leaves 30 grams
Lime Leaves 30 grams
Thai Basil 50 grams
Garlic 50 grams
lime juice 100 grams
fish sauce 100 grams
Sugar 150 grams
Water 1 cup
Store up to 4 weeks. Please store in few portions. Cos if you keep taking it in & out of the fridge, will not long. Enjoy this awesome kick sauce!
