We tried a different method of making homemade fried chicken. We used both local seasoning and powdered seasoning and marinated the chicken in a seasoned milk and egg mixture before tossing in flour and frying till golden brown and crispy.

The acid in the buttermilk actually breaks down the chicken and gives you a softer texture. It’s easy to make buttermilk, just add 2 tbsp vinegar to 1 cup milk. Try it

Vdish Another tip you could try next time. Is Mixing the dry flower with the chicken and the milk. It will become a Bata So when you fry the chicken, all the spices will be in the cros
