Hello everyone today I am so excited to share with you this crunchy PINKASO recipe recipe with all
PINKASO is a popular flour dumpling in the Hausa community. PINKASO is served with Hausa kooko and with a sprinkle of sugar.
Ingredients
2 cups of plain flour / all purpose flour
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 tbsp salt
Scallions
1 Onion 🧅
2 scotch bonnet pepper
1 1/2 cup of water

The result after 15 minutes is wow! See how blown up it turned out😮 It didn’t even seem like it’s your first time trying out the frying, it came out so well. Perfect golden brown I must say. I equally will like mine with sugar. Proud foodie 🎉🎉
