Make sure to use the different soy sauces and rice wine is key to the flavor. Use day-old rice for the best results and fry everything in the same skillet or wok without cleaning between ingredients. It's delicious and a quick and easy meal!
Ingredients
6 cups cooked white rice - day old rice is better
3 eggs beaten
1 lb diced chicken raw
1 bunch green Onions (sliced)
1/2 Medium Onion (diced)
1 cup Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine (or rice wine)
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Vegetable oil divided
Soy Sauce Mixture - Microwave for 1 minute to make thicken and make sure sugar is dissolved
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Shaoxing Wine (rice wine)
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Sesame seed oil
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vegetable oil
House seasoning for chicken
1/2 cup seasoned salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
