If you make them using white balloons, you can draw on your design using sharpie Pens and once you wrap them into the ornaments they will look super cute and also your very own ❤ It would make a cute gift.

What glue do you use to make the best outcome?

You don't need glue for this project. But my overall favorite craft glue is E600.

You can't always find ornaments in the exact color you are wanting, so this is a great option!
