How to make the most popular Ghanaian Christmas Chicken Groundnut Soup|| Ghana Nkatekwan
Ingredients
2 full chicken- layer/ hard chicken
5 onions
3-4 scotch bonnet peppers
4 cloves of garlic
2 inches of ginger
4 plum tomatoes
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
salt to taste
2-3 cups of peanut butter/ groundnut paste-all natural, unsweetened
