Flavorful Rich taste REAL Japanese Sweet stewed Beef tendons with Fresh Kujo green onions matches the best !! Easy and simple recipe very popular food mainly in Kansai area of Japan (Osaka, Kyoto etc.)
What you need (for about 6~8dishes)
〇 Beef tendon 1000g
〇 konnyaku 1pack
〇 Kujo Green onion 1(topping)
〇 Water 1000cc
〇 Soysauce 1/2cup
〇 Sake 1/2cup
〇 Mirin 1/2cup
〇 Sugar 1/2cup(adjust sweetness)
〇 Ginger 1 piece
〇 Green part of negi

How to make
1 Boil Beef tendon in water for 15min.(lye comes out)
2 Throw away the water and give it to a strainer
3 Wash beef tendon by running water and cut to small pieces
4 Cut konnyaku at same time
5 Simmer both ingredients 15min by water
6 Throw away the water once again
7 1000cc of water and all other ingredients in the pot, Simmer 90min.
8 After 90min. Reduce using stronger heat range
9 Kujo green onion and Shichimi peppers on the top
