►1 tsp lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

I followed this recipe through it's really good but if you don't plan on pairing it with vanilla ice cream I say add a whole cup of sugar instead so it's not too tart

It almost completely depends on the blueberries used! Make sure to try a good handful, like 5-10 blueberries out of the batch you buy. If they are tart, use more sugar. If they are super ripe and sweet, use less.

I made the pie crust from your video. I thought it was going to be a disaster -- all dry and crumbly. It came out PERFECT. I used it to make mini chicken pot pies with top crust and put them in the freezer. I then made blueberry and cherry hand pies. Some of those made it to the freezer. But I also had to pair some of them with vanilla ice cream. Yum. Thanks for the pie dough recipe. I have NEVER made a decent pie crust before. After your video, I've made it like 10 times so far. So much fun and really good. Thanks.
