With this cutter you can easily cut Thermocol, styrofoam or any other similar material with better speed and better sensitivity.
I am using stainless steel wire as X-wire but Nichrome will be better option for this cutter.

that ones not that efficient you need to use the 9 volt ones and use a simpler connection system aka a simpler circuit

Nice work, very simple designs with good explanation. Feels very similar to Make Magazine's videos, but a bit simpler :) Two suggestions: 1) While you have pretty good lighting, you could improve a bit. Basically, if possible try to prevent all shadows. I know... I know, it is extremely hard to avoid shadows.... but if you are able to improve your lighting it just makes the overall feel of the video more professional. 2) Minor suggestion, can you talk just a little slower? Not sure about your other viewers, but some words are difficult to understand in an Indian accent. Again, your video is very well organized, you speak clearly, so if you speak a LITTLE slower it would be easier for English speakers to understand. Again, please... only a LITTLE slower, your speed is great, just a few words at times are difficult to understand :p
