How To Make Things Fly/Jump in Stopmotion/Brickfilming!

I've been asked by MANY people how I make things jump/fly, and I hope that by going through the entire process I am able to answer that question!
Side notes: Whenever you're using Lego/a rig to support your character in the air, make sure you keep EVERY bit of that support BEHIND the character! This is so that when you're masking, you aren't forced to erase any piece of the character itself.

Throw your phone while on the camera and turn on airplane mode so it won't get a crack

@@pppoopoo4880 No. Not even close. Rotoscoping is when you take real life or 3 dimensional video footage and trace over each frame in 2D. This is often used in 2D animation to help make movements look more lifelike or realistic, or to make the environment the characters are in look properly 3D. One of the best examples of this effect being used is in Disney's original Snow White, in which most footage of Snow White was of an actor playing out her movements, rather than it all being animated by hand, which they wouldn't start doing until their later animated feature films.

Dude this helps so much. I have been watching tutorials all day and they said what you did but you used gimp which is a software I can actually use and best of all you changed the hardness because I didn't know that was a thing so it TOTALLY looked like I was masking but now you can only slightly see which is amazing. Thanks so much I am subbing just because of this vid!!! :)
