How to crochet. Learn new stitches and patterns. This fun pattern is for a Christmas Beanie Elf Hat. Toddler size from 1 to 3 years with a head measuring 18 to 19 inches.

before changing colors, keep doing more rounds and expand with every other round until it is big enough.

I have never seen anyone crochet from the inside, so on row 37, when you said to turn and crochet the front loop, it was confusing. Crocheting normally you don't have to turn, just do next row front loop.
