No, Adults too can take it, its more nutritious than Ogi and it is heart-friendly because of the soybeans and Wheat added to the Tom Brown.

This tom-brown recipe contains Dates so it is sweet already. If you have a sweet tooth you can add honey or date syrup. I hope this helps. N.B Honey is given to children that are 1 year and above.

Hi mama, Please Tom Brown can be given to babies from 5 months. Two months is too early to introduce solids to your baby. If you want your two-month-old baby to gain weight you need to increase the baby's feed or introduce an excellent baby formula to supplement breastfeeding.

@@ChinaememmaBlessing Congratulations on your new baby. Pap can be given from 6 months of age. At two months your baby can only take breast milk or infant formula. This because your babies brain and immune system are still developing and only breastfeeding or infant formula can provide the nutrients that your baby needs at that age. But don't worry mama before you know it your baby will be 5 months or 6 months old then you can introduce pap to your baby.
