Great tutorial! Loved seeing the care taken to make them well measured. I have a tip for making the ear "pins"; instead of using a saw and/or file to make the groove in the .8 sterling wire for the butterfly to grip, if you use a very fine tipped pair of round tip pliers and squeeze/burnish that area, it will keep the pin stronger than if you remove metal by cutting/filing. Compressing the metal makes it stronger (work hardened), gives the groove, and doesn't weaken by removing metal.

You'd think there would be pliers to indent the earring post,there's pliers for everything else,lol.,I used to use my flush cutters,using light pressure and go around!

You should have showed you pickled them..what do the process look like.

Hiya, why show the work on both earrings/posts, every time. You've shown filling, why do you think we need to see twice? Or is it to lengthen the video? Also when you pickel, you should clean the pickel off, then dry it before putting the silver on steel. From the rust on your file and 4" block, you really need to do this. In time you will pit the steel and that will mark the precious metal. Rust will blunt the file in no time. Stay safe, Steve...

Video not so clear and what about the equipment that you are using, like what exactly is it? You should name each tool you are using before starting.
