I don't think you need to spray down your keyboard, for most keyboards. You may however need quite a bit more UV light. The reason is that the ink used to print white legend on black keys is usually OBA ink, that converts a wide range of light frequencies, both visible and invisible, into blue or white light for better visibility, so it can be activated by UV light alone. I think that's a more elegant solution, if it works - it might not for some keyboards. It will however light up normal printing paper and white fabrics quite fiercely too, for the same reason.

Why do you connect your LEDS GND to SHIELD instead of USB-GND pin? Why so many resistors when 1 would do the job?

wouldn't it be more efficient to put the LEDs in series in pairs of two and than those pairs in parallel?

Did you really need to use 5 resistors for this? Could you have the five LEDs and one 2.2k resistor in parallel?

No, he did it correctly. If the LEDs draw different currents (all are not necessarily identical!), it may burn some LEDs and then burn others because of overdraw. Resistor with each is the preferred way.

draws different current if the led has different type(all leds he used are same).. and if that happens,,the resistor must be different each other... theoritically.. yes...use one instead of 5

When soldering you shouldnt actually form a droplet on the iron and then touch the wires, but hold the iron on the wires to heat them up and then tough the point with solder

yea, but if you don't do it really clean your iron can get dirty. it happened to my old one and you will never that that stuff off
