Thank you fir sharing this. My soon to be 2 year old is allergic to eggs, diary and wheat. Which is impossible to find someone to make a cake for her without those ingredients. At least this year she will be able to have some kind on cake.

@@dianajulius2414 I’m not sure if you ever found a shop or not but have you checked out Erin McKennas bakery or Happy Zoe vegan bakery both are gluten free vegan shops. I hope that helps but also this cake does look amazing 🤩

I was able to get all 3 layers from 1 big and long watermelon, but if your using medium then you need 2.

Hi, I only saw you use one big watermelon but you have a 3 tier watermelon cake. I’m planning on doing this this week for my daughters farewell, but i want to make sure on how many watermelons to get. It looks beautiful 💝

yes use saran wrap make sure no air get in or it will dry out and look wilted.

use the middle for the bottom and cut one end slightly smaller then the other end for the top

I used 1 large watermelon and 1 pack each of different fruits. If you use medium watermelon then would need 2.

I wouldn't do it more than 3 days because the watermelon start to wilt. Saran wrap it no air can get in and put in refrigerator to stay fresh.

you can use food glue in the baking department groceries store that made of frosting. i haven't use it but I've seen it look like thick sticky sugar frosting.
