MY EXHAUST SYSTEM:
The only thing I've done to my exhaust system are muffler delete (Straight pipe) and these shorty headers. Let me tell you guys around 5000 rpms she is really loud! Def worth it if you're going for a cheap good exhaust system setup.
WHAT DO HEADERS DO?
Well good question cause headers are an aftermarket mod for your exhaust system. It replaces the old gaskets and adds what's called headers. Headers come in two sizes (LONG TUBE HEADERS, OR SHORT TUBE HEADERS) I added short tube headers because the long tube headers remove the cats also known as catalytic converters and that's illegal where I'm from. LONG TUBE HEADERS do give more performance and make your car way louder. SHORT TUBE HEADERS do just fine and are good for people on a budget. Adding Headers onto your mustang are one of the best bolt on mods for your car. They can add up to 30+ horsepower with a tune. They are a pain to put on it took me all weekend and over 20 hours of work but having someone else do it can range from 300-500 dollars. DONT FORGET TO LET THEM GET USED TO THE CAR FOR A BIT BEFORE PUSHING IT 100% OR YOU COULD DAMAGE YOUR GASKETS!
