Hello Suspect squad I normally use a gravy packet if I want to make a quick gravy or my mother's quick method. Take a few tablespoons of flour in a measuring cup and add soy sauce to make a paste then stir in water until you have a thin liquid. Add to medium heat storing vigorously until it thickens about 5-8 minutes.
