How to make ZOMBIE by Mr.Tolmach

Recipe:
Grapefruit - 1 piece
Greanadine syrup - 7-10 ml
Cinnamon syrup - 12 ml
Almond syrup - 12 ml
Mix of Spices - 1 pinch
Angostura bitter - 3-4 dashes
Absinthe - 1 bar spoon
Overproof rum - 30 ml
Dark rum - 30 ml
Gold rum - 30 ml
Lime juice - 25-30 ml
Shake and pour in tiki style cup, garnish with lime, cherry, cinnamon and and.....one two three, Fi-i-i-i-ire!

I love your channel bro ! The bartending industry is full of selfentitled, startender, mandbun douches that play around with liquid nitrogen and all this crap you dont need to do prober cocktails. Imperial conversion recipe: Muddle grapefruit wedge 1tsp Grenadine (1 bar spoon) 2tsp Cinnamon syrup 2tsp Almond syrup 1/8tsp spice mix (clove, star anise, nutmeg, etc) 4 dash bitters 1tspof Absinthe 1oz white overproof rum 1oz dark rum 1oz gold rum 1oz fresh lime juice Stir briefly, then shake for 10-12 seconds serve in chilled tiki glass without straining Garnish with crushed ice, inverted juiced lime, luxardo cherry, cinnamon stick on top, add spiked mint sprig on the side. Pour 151 Rum into lime, add 1/2tsp sugar, and light on fire.

The real zombie is made with 3 different rums, absinth, angostura, falernum, grapefruit juice, lime juice, cinnamon syrup and grenadine.... Pretty complex if you ask me
